Don’t Drink … Gamble!
If you like to have a beverage occasionally, leave your cash out of the casino if you set out to do your consuming in a casino. I’m serious. Clean out your handbag, your money belt, and keep all money, plastic credit and checks out of the casino. Take only the cash you expect to spend on alcohol, tipping and whatever pocket change you intend to throw away and keep the rest behind.
Contemptuous? Absolutely not. Realistic more like. You can have a profit following a drunken night out with your friends and be blessed enough to catch a long toss at a smokin craps table. Hang on to that account because it’s as brief as it gets if you consistently drink and gamble. The pair simply don’t go well together.
Keeping your cash out of the casino might be a little bit dramatic, but preventative measures for drastic behavior is necessary. If you gamble to win, then don’t drink alcohol and bet. If you are able to afford to burn your money without a concern, then consume all the gratis beer your stomach are able to handle, but don’t carry plastic credit and chequebooks to throw into the mix of chasing squanderings after your befuddled self squanders every little thing!
Permit me to carry this a single step further. Don’t drink alcohol and then hop on to the internet to play in your favorite casino either. I love to drink from the coziness of my home, but due to the fact that I’m hooked up through Neteller, Firepay and keep credit cards at my fingertips, I can’t consume alcohol and bet.
Why? Even though I do not drink to excess, when I drink alcohol, it is certainly enough to befuddle my judgment. I bet, so I don’t drink alcohol when wagering. If you are more of a drinker, do not bet when you do. Both create a dangerous, and expensive, drink.
